IMPROV COMPETITION

OPEN TO ALL AGES - MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE FULL DAY CONVENTION TO PARTICIPATE

Each LUNA event will conclude with an exciting and challenging Improv Competition! During this event, all dancers will improv one-at-a-time to a song selected by the LUNA Staff in a genre of our choice. After all dancers have gone, the top creators will advance to round 2!

During the 2nd round, a new genre and song will be selected and dancers will proceed to Improv one-by-one. From this point, the group will be narrowed down until we have our IMPROV WINNER! This winner will receive free entry to 1 LUNA Convention in the upcoming season!

(Competition has an 8 student minimum - money will be refunded if not enough registered participants)

  • All attendees grant permission to the Luna Directors and Staff to use their names and/or photographs on the Luna website, program books/flyers, and/or promotional materials.

  • There will be no refunds of fees paid once registered. In the event a registered dancer or observer is unable to attend due to illness or injury, please contact our office at lunadanceconvention@gmail.com to discuss options to attend an alternate location/date, or to obtain a credit for a future event. 

  • Upon registering online, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration and will just need to check-in on arrival to the venue.

  • Luna reserves the right to cancel or move any convention due to weather, number of entries or any other circumstances deemed necessary. In case of cancellation due to Luna Dance Convention, all registration fees will be refunded.

  • Luna Dance Convention, Tenth Talent, and the hosting facility are not responsible for personal injury to performers, spectators, or personal property loss. By attending this event, it is agreed that participants or spectators will not hold Luna Dance Convention, Tenth Talent, or its officers, directors, staff or employees responsible for injuries sustained or illnesses contracted by them while in attendance of their conventions.
